Mama Food App ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.mamaapp.in) ("Website & App"). By placing an order through this website and app you will be agreeing to the terms set out as below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services.
1. General
Subject to the availability of stock, we try to maintain accurate stock counts / weight on our website and app from time-to-time. However, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil supply of all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil supply of the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the back ordered items or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping costs in Banaganapalli limits are INR 30/- and above in one lot. Shipping costs calculated during checkout are based on distance, of the items placed in the order, For non local near by villages limits are INR 60/-
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. We will not accept any type of returns due to the change of mind or some other reason after delivery of the produces.
In some exceptional cases, upon return receipt of items for claim, you can expect us to process your claim within 7 to 10 working days.
Once claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:Refund to your payment method.
4.That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
5.That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
