Return & Refunds
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a refund/credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the app and the Site within 3-5 business days.
Buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders. Mama App retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Buyer from the amount refundable to him/her. The Buyer shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event packaging of an item in an Order or the complete Order, is either tampered or damaged and the Buyer refuses to accept at the time of delivery for the said reason;
